Welcome to e-Birr Project

Siniduwork Scientific Computing Plc is engaged in a transformative project in Ethiopia, Mobile payment system. The project is called e-birr and is lead by a senior IT professional Mr. Tek Shrewsbury. Mr. Shrewsbury has over 20 years wide ranging experience from the United States that includes mainframe, to n-tiered development on client server, web projects, IT Security and Disaster Recovery Planning. He served as a Director of Application Development at ABC Television Network (A Walt Disney Company subsidiary) and VP of application development at Christie's. We are putting out total effort for the success of this project collaborating with sister company, PathNET System PLC Ethiopia a company that has stayed in IT business for six years to increase our man power and technical expertise. Siniduwork has collected and have access to highly skilled local programmers to work on the project. Many have been trained some of India's top IT educational institutions and have relevant working experience. The company is managed by Mr. Gruom Workalemahu, who has a Masters degree in scientific computing and is a certified Oracle database administrator. He has completed many research projects with some of the leading educational institutions in India, that focused on advanced technologies such as cloud computing. He also has valuable experience in managing IT professionals on the various local IT projects he has worked on and managed.
